Andrews Projects breaks ground on Cascade Gold Coast
28 November 2023
Family-owned Andrews Projects has celebrated the groundbreaking of its largest project to date – a $270M twin-tower development in Robina known as Cascade. The project will create over 300 jobs on the Gold Coast and provide significant employment opportunities during its two-year lifecycle.
The official turning of the soil took place on Tuesday, November 28th with Andrew Projects Founder and Director, Danny Andrews in attendance to mark this momentous occasion.
Upon completion, Cascade will be home to approximately 1,000 residents across 227 premium two and three-bedroom luxury apartments and villas, with majority offering captivating vistas of the Surfers Paradise skyline and lush Gold Coast Hinterland.
Residents will have access to a suite of six-star amenities including a 25m resort pool, 170sqm gym, sauna, cold plunge and steam room. Architecturally, Cascade follows the distinctive curvy style for which Andrews Projects is renowned, including signature floor-to-ceiling windows and large, liveable balconies.
With prices starting from $900,000, Cascade not only provides affordable housing for local residents but will provide significant economic stimulus for the Robina area, in line with the State Government’s plan for the Olympic Satellite Village in the area.
Andrews Projects Sales Manager Sarah Andrews said Cascade is a beacon of progress for Robina, transforming the skyline and offering a new standard of modern living.
“Commencing construction on Cascade is a significant milestone for both Andrews Projects. Cascade underscores our commitment to community and job creation, all while providing a luxurious living experience for future Gold Coast residents.”
Andrews Projects announced the launch of its in-house construction arm in August this year, following a challenging time in the South East Queensland construction sector, namely limited resources and escalating build costs.
To date, over 60% per cent of Cascade apartments have sold. To find out more, please visit www.cascadegc.com.au.
