Encore Broadbeach provides the best of both worlds

Encore Broadbeach is a new $78 million boutique apartment building being launched in Broadbeach. The building, at Britannia Ave, is set to include 84 residences across 25 storeys.

The development features a mix of two and three-bedroom configurations and two penthouses on offer. Prices start from $599,000. Resident facilities include a 25m pool and spa, barbecue and Teppanyaki grill, gym, yoga areas, and residents’ lounge. The building will have body corporate fees between $52 and $90 per week and is expected to be completed late 2020. A sales centre is at 22 Albert Ave, Broadbeach.
