Beach House Display Opens to Record Sales

Beach House Broadbeach showroom brings in $30 million in first week.
Andrews Projects has unveiled its new showroom offering a first look into their latest development, Beach House Broadbeach. The project opened to record success, selling ten of the twelve residences within the first week.
Beach House forms part of a trio of buildings in Broadbeach from the award-winning developer, stamping its signature curvy designs and high-end finishes on the Gold Coast skyline.
The impressive two-story showroom spares no expense in bringing to life what buyers can expect when receiving the keys to their new beachside residence. On display, a bespoke travertine kitchen with Miele appliances and butler’s pantry amplifies the ease of apartment living. A stone-clad master bathroom and functional laundry space further enhance the level of detail on offer in the boutique building.
Beach House Broadbeach is uniquely positioned on the corners of Australia Avenue and Old Burleigh Road, taking advantage of a prime Northeast frontage. Recreational facilities have been placed on the level 14 rooftop and include a heated infinity pool, gym, spa, sauna and conference room. Each of the full floor apartments is wrapped in floor to ceiling double glazed windows, an aesthetic the developer has become synonymous with.
Andrews Projects Sales Manager, Sarah Andrews said: “After the completion of Vue in 2019 and Encore just last month, we are excited to launch the Beach House showroom that is reflective of our next two projects. These have been thoughtfully designed with opulent finishes and luxury offerings that the market has come to expect when investing with Andrews Projects.”
“The response to Beach House has been humbling. We believe this project will surpass the other full floor offerings currently available on the Gold Coast and are excited to be working with Hutchinson Builders to deliver this project over the next 15 months,” Sarah continues.
Andrews Projects has also broken ground on ‘Dune’, a 15-storey building located on the absolute beachfront in Main Beach. This follows a demand for larger, residential-only apartments with uninterrupted ocean views.
