Owners turning the first sod at Beach House.
Thursday, 17 June 2021: Andrews Projects hosted the owners of its latest development, ‘Beach House Broadbeach’ to mark the start of construction. The luxury apartment block features just 12 apartments across 14 floors and will form part of a trio of buildings in Broadbeach from the award-winning developer.
Beach House features the signature curvy design and high-end finishes Andrews Projects have become known for. The project has been successful with the local market, with 10 of the 12 apartments already sold.
Andrews Projects Sales Manager, Sarah Andrews said: “After the completion of Vue in 2019 and Encore just last month, we are excited to launch the Beach House showroom that is reflective of our next two projects. These have been thoughtfully designed with opulent finishes and luxury offerings that the market has come to expect when investing with Andrews Projects.”

Andrews Projects has also broken ground on ‘Dune’, a 15-storey building located on the absolute beachfront in Main Beach. This follows a demand for larger, residential-only apartments with uninterrupted ocean views.
