Construction Kicks off at Dune Main Beach

Construction advanced at Dune Main Beach

Multi award-winning property developer Andrews Projects will commence construction today on its first absolute beachfront project, ‘Dune’ at 3513 Main Beach Parade in Main Beach.

Rising 15 levels above the surrounding landscape, ‘Dune’ will encompass thirteen whole floor residences with unsurpassed luxury. Designed in collaboration with architect Rothelowman, the building aims to elevate coastal living on the Gold Coast, creating oversized abodes for those not willing to compromise on space.

Danny Andrews of Andrews Projects said, “The demand for larger ‘sky home’ style apartments has become apparent with a large influx of interstate buyers looking to be on the beach.”

“Main Beach is very tightly held and is traditionally a small, well-established community. We are aiming to deliver something that exceeds any other new beachfront development on the Gold Coast,” Andrews said.

Hutchinson Builders have been appointed to deliver ‘Dune’, with construction works already underway onsite. This marks the developer’s third building with the long-established construction firm, following the completion of its ‘Vue’ and ‘Encore’ buildings in Broadbeach.

“Andrews Projects have become synonymous with delivering quality buildings on the Gold Coast. It’s been an exciting journey watching them grow and we look forward to raising the bar again with them on Dune,” said Scott Hutchinson of Hutchinson Builders.

Dune’s 13 ultra-luxury units will range in size from 277 to 526 square metres. Each of the apartments is access via a secure basement with two side by side car spaces and a private lift lobby.

Open planned living spaces are wrapped in floor to ceiling double glazed glass, maximising ocean views and providing protection from the elements. Internally, apartments are clad in travertine and accented by bronze-framed windows, quartzite and fluted stone benchtops.

The new residential-only development will feature a full floor of amenities including a magnesium pool, cold and hots spas, sauna, gym and beach club.

Construction of the 15-level tower will advance rapidly with delivery expected in late 2022. Dune is available to inspect by appointment, visit dunemainbeach.com.au for more details.
