Perfect Vue for Buyers

Proximity to the Broadbeach Bowls Club was a major factor when Stuart and Maureen Campbell bought into the $75 million apartment building Vue Broadbeach.

The retired couple are downsizing from their large Clear Island Waters home and hope the move into their three-bedroom apartment will provide the perfect base to start the next chapter in their lives.

“We love the location as it’s in a relatively quiet part of Broadbeach but has easy access to all the things we love about the area,” Mr Campbell said. “I’ve been a member of the Broadbeach club for almost five years now and it’s a fantastic facility with extremely friendly members from a very wide age group. Vue is only two streets away, which means I can play whenever I like, and Maureen if free to continue her volunteer work.”

Vue Broadbeach, being built at 10-12 First Ave, has 71 apartments over 25 levels with four apartments per floor. Sales manager Sarah Andrews said the Campbells were looking for a convenient location that wasn’t in the heart of Broadbeach. “They loved the style of the apartment and the fact it was central but not right in the thick of the action,” she said.

The development will include a pool, resident’s lounge, sauna and barbecue area. Construction is set for completion in 2019.
