All-Female property sell the penthouse at Dune Main Beach
Gold Coast luxury developer Andrews Projects has teamed up with property veteran Lucy Cole to secure the sale of the penthouse at its first beachfront tower, Dune Main Beach.
This is the second penthouse sale for Andrews Projects in just a matter of weeks, “We have sold both the Beach House and Dune penthouses in the last two months, a testament to the demand for high-end apartments on the Gold Coast”, said Sarah.
“When we launched Dune, we aimed on delivering something that exceeded any other absolute beachfront development and I think we can safely say we have achieved that. The level on luxury on offer is attracting buyers from major interstate cities and rivalling a lot of the competition throughout Australia” she continued.
The sale marks Lucy Cole’s 18th penthouse transaction over her illustrious 30-year career, cementing her ‘Gold Coast Penthouse Queen’ title.
